Networking Services:

With the use of a ROUTER, whether in your home or small business, files and printers can be shared with all connected computers and devices.
No need to use memory sticks, simply share specific folders on the network and then they can be accessed via any of the computers. This preserves consistency and eliminates duplicate files.

Wireless connectivity is often readily available when you purchase a wireless router from the local stores. The security however is NOT configured thus allowing anyone within range, to connect and use your internet connection and most likely have access to your network and files.

We can help and secure your wireless network to eliminate these dangerous occurrences.

We provide website design, updates, maintenance and even new for your personal or business needs. With the use of hundreds of templates available today, we can find the one that best suits your needs and customize it to your satisfaction.

Computer Repairs:

We offer on-site repairs, and in house if need be, to get your computer back into your hands and running usually within 12 to 24 hours.
Local retail stores make you wait days before it is ready.

If you have an older computer, we will advise you on whether the unit is worth investing in repair cost.
We do NOT/will NOT thrive on getting moneys for units that are NOT worth their repair costs.
Taking the repair costs and applying it towards a refurbished or newer used computer is our recommendation.
We will move your data from the old unit and restore it to your new purchase.

New and Reconditioned computers:

We offer refurbished computers.
Refurbished units come with 90 day parts and labor warranties, others might have a longer warranty period.

If we order refurbished units, we normally have them in your possession within 24 to 48 hours and ready to go. Just plug it in and off you go.

Remote Access:

With a small applet (miniaturized version of a full program), we can remote into your computer and perform all kinds of repairs, updates, installation, file transfers and much more.

No need to disconnect and haul your computer to the local stores for day-to-day issues and having to wait for days getting it back.

With remote rescue, most all your issues can be resolved online via a secured connection.

We offer annual service contracts giving you "peace of mind" that technical support is available 24/7 365 days per year.
If you own a small business that needs maintenance and care, look no further.

Contracts rates are very reasonable, either monthly or annually. See below for some of our advantage discounts.

Some of our contractual facts.

Other than with the express written consent of the Customer, which will not be unreasonably withheld, the Computer Services Provider will not, during the continuance of this Agreement or within 3 months after the termination of this Agreement, be directly or indirectly involved with a business which is in direct competition with the particular business line of the Customer, divert or attempt to divert from the Customer any business the Customer has enjoyed, solicited, or attempted to solicit, from other individuals or corporations, prior to termination of this Agreement

All materials developed, produced, or in the process of being so under this Agreement, will be the property of the Customer. The use of the mentioned materials by the Customer will not be restricted in any manner.

It is expressly agreed that the Computer Services Provider is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee in providing the Services under this Agreement. The Computer Services Provider and the Customer acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service
